Mary Anne Hepburn, property manager at CENTURY 21 Gold Rush:
I came to CENTURY 21 Gold Rush from the Fort Wainwright Housing Services Office as a Residential Specialist. During my years on Fort Wainwright I assisted soldiers and their families in finding off post housing, whether it was renting or buying. I also conducted quarterly workshops to assist landlords and tenants. I was the Program Manager for the Sales Program and the Preferred Tenant Program. I assisted soldiers and landlords with rent related issues and mediating disputes.
Prior to working on Fort Wainwright I was the Office Manager for a local full service Real Estate Office for 12 years.

Professional Experience:
I have now been selling real estate for 11 years. Three years ago I had the opportunity to purchase the Fairbanks and North Pole CENTURY 21 Gold Rush offices. I feel that over the years I have developed strengths in the industry overall. I love dealing with new construction, facilitating military families, and most of all listing homes.

Outside Interests: My family says I’m always working since my phone is always on. You can usually find me at the rink coaching hockey or watching the game I love. I also enjoy golfing, traveling and fishing, when I can.
Personal Information:
I grew up in British Columbia. After playing hockey at UAF and for the Gold Kings, I moved to North Pole and have been here ever since. I love the small town feel of North Pole. I really enjoy real estate and what I do. There are so many rewards that come from real estate. The opportunities range from helping a first time home buyer to selling the cherished home of a retiring couple embarking on their new adventures.
